The Brooks Newell State of the Region is the annual opportunity to hear directly from our local elected officials on how they saw this past year's progress, and to listen to their views on where they see us going in 2025. Hear from Premier Danielle Smith, MLA for Brooks-Medicine Hat, Reeve Arno Doerksen from the County of Newell, and Mayor John Petrie from the City of Brooks.

The State of the Region is being held on Friday, January 3rd at the Heritage Inn in Brooks. Doors open at 7:30am, breakfast at 8:00am, speakers at 8:30am. Tickets are $20 and must be pre-purchased.
